Prices listed are for facility rental only.
Daytime Events:

Wednesday - Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. $175.00

Evening Events

Wednesday - Thursday 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. $325.00
Friday & Saturday 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. $550.00

Our fees include for your guests:
1) Tour of Stone Bluff Winery
2) Tasting of Stone Bluff Wines
3) Access to facility for 5 hours

Our fantastic vistas are provided at no charge.

Stone Bluff Facility Policy

  • Required Deposit: A 50% deposit of the estimated costs and a credit card number are required to hold a date for your event. 3 days prior to the event, a firm guest count is required. The balance due will be based on this guest count (if more guests attend than expected, extra charges apply). Balance is due the day of the event and will be charged to the credit card used to make reservations unless other arrangements are approved by the management.
  • Refunds: Deposits are refundable if cancellation occurs no less than 3 weeks prior the booked event date. A partial refund of your deposit may be available with rescheduling.
  • No outside alcohol is permitted on the Stone Bluff premises.
  • Booking host is responsible for guest conduct. Any destruction of property will be assessed and billed .
  • All bands and DJ’s must be inside. Acoustic groups excepted.
  • Candles must be drip free or contained.
  • Fireworks are not allowed on the property due to possible harm to vineyard/winery.
  • Stone Bluff Cellars is a smoke free environment.
